Pink Grapefruit Negroni
A bright twist on the classic Negroni; gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari balanced with fresh pink grapefruit juice.
Ingredients
- 25 ml gin
- 25 ml sweet vermouth
- 25 ml Campari
- 50 ml pink grapefruit juice
- ice

Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker or large jug, pour in the gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, and pink grapefruit juice. Add plenty of ice.
