Top Tips for this Frozen Berries Dessert

Use ripe, in-season berries for the best natural sweetness and flavour. Frozen ones work in a pinch but fresh berries frozen at home tend to hold their shape and taste better.
Don’t overheat the cream – just bring it to a gentle simmer. Too hot and it can split or make the chocolate grainy.
Chop your white chocolate finely so it melts quickly and smoothly when the hot cream is poured over.
Add texture with a handful of crushed meringue or toasted nuts sprinkled over the top.
