This raspberry lemonade is bright, refreshing, and exactly what you want on a warm day. Fresh raspberries are muddled with lemon juice and a touch of sugar, then topped up with chilled sparkling water for a fizzy, fruity finish. It’s sweet, tart, and full of real flavour, miles better than anything store-bought.

Serve it over ice with extra raspberries and lemon slices for a drink that looks as good as it tastes. Perfect for picnics, BBQs, or just keeping cool at home.

🍴 Tools You’ll Need

Citrus juicer – For getting the most juice out of your lemons quickly and easily. One like this works well.
Muddler or spoon – To mash the raspberries and sugar together. A bar muddler like this is ideal, but a spoon does the job too.
Fine mesh sieve – Essential for straining out seeds and pulp. A small, sturdy sieve like this gives the best results.
Large jug or pitcher – For mixing and serving the lemonade. Choose one like this with a bit of room for stirring and adding ice.

  • 150 g fresh raspberries
  • 100 ml fresh lemon juice about 2–3 lemons

  • Top up with the sparkling water and stir gently to combine.

Top Tips for this Homemade Raspberry Lemonade

Use ripe raspberries – they’ll give you the best natural sweetness and colour.
Adjust the sugar – start with less, then add more to taste depending on how tart your lemons are.
Chill everything first – cold ingredients mean you won’t need to dilute with too much ice.
Want to spike it? – A splash of vodka or gin turns it into a refreshing grown-up drink.
