Pink Grapefruit Negroni

A bright twist on the classic Negroni; gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari balanced with fresh pink grapefruit juice.

Ingredients

  • 25 ml gin
  • 25 ml sweet vermouth
  • 25 ml Campari
  • 50 ml pink grapefruit juice
  • ice
  • grapefruit wedge to garnish

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker or large jug, pour in the gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, and pink grapefruit juice. Add plenty of ice. A cocktail shaker like this chills the drink quickly and mixes it perfectly.
    Tip: Use a jigger to measure out the gin, vermouth, and Campari accurately. A jigger like this makes it easy.
  • Stir the mixture for about 20–30 seconds, until the outside of the shaker (or jug) feels nicely chilled.
  • Strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice. A tumbler like this really shows off the Negroni’s vibrant colour.
  • Finish with a wedge of grapefruit on the rim and enjoy right away.
