Instructions
In a cocktail shaker or large jug, pour in the gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, and pink grapefruit juice. Add plenty of ice. A cocktail shaker like this chills the drink quickly and mixes it perfectly.Tip:Use a jigger to measure out the gin, vermouth, and Campari accurately. A jigger like this makes it easy.
Stir the mixture for about 20–30 seconds, until the outside of the shaker (or jug) feels nicely chilled.
Strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice. A tumbler like this really shows off the Negroni’s vibrant colour.
Finish with a wedge of grapefruit on the rim and enjoy right away.
